Services rendered to employers registered with Job Scan include:

· Access to our database of qualified employees.

· Option of advertising in the daily papers for those looking beyond our database.

· Professional assurance from Job Scan that a thorough background check will be performed on every individual that is successfully accepted by the agency.

· A one-month grace period if we successfully bring you and a qualified permanent placement together.

· Temporary and part-time assistants.

· Nation-wide recruitment, maximising your chances of finding the right person, for the right job, in the right place.

· Assistance for following up work permits for any expatriate we place with an employer.

We offer a one month grace period while the employer and employee become more acquainted. After that, the employer is required to pay a flat fee of 350,000 Tshs to the agency. The fee for a successful temporary placement stands at the equivalent of 40% of the fee (140,000 Tsh). The employer will be required to pay less than 40% of fee should a temporary position become permanent. There is a week's grace period accorded to the employer for the placement of temporary employees.
